Room was spotless, beds (firmness adjustable, special comforters) extremely comfortable. Didn't have a free breakfast though ... free coffee and tea 24 hrs. Nice little 24hr "pantry" store for goodies. Rooms well provisioned with microwave, coffer maker, free internet, iron/board. Low-flow shower head. Good room service, tasty. One desk attendant a little snippy.

My wife and I brought our son up to RPI for orientation. We are from North Carolina and were unfimiliar with the area. This ... hotel was in a great location to stores and restaurants and major roadways. Everything was clean, quiet, and perfect for our family needs. Thank You.

So close to the airport, yet in a surprisingly pretty woodsy setting. Super comfortable bed, easy chair and desk setup. ... Coffee was hot and good, even at 4:30 AM when we got the quick and easy shuttle.

This was my first time at the Hilton Garden Inn in Albany, NY. I was first pleased with the quick and easy shuttle service ... from the airport. I was greeted with a smile at a counter with a plate of freshly backed cookies. They were still warm and quite tasty. I asked about an address in the area and she informed me that the shuttle could take me any place within 5 miles of the hotel. That was great news. I was surprised that the steak sandwich from the restaurant was so tender and juicy and thrilled that fresh coffee, a choice of teas, and hot chocolate were always available in the lobby. The night manager drove me to the airport in the shuttle when I left on Sunday morning. He asked lots of questions about my satisfaction with the stay and I could tell he sincerely cared. It was a very pleasant stay. When I go back to Albany, I plan to stay there again.

The Hilton Garden Inn was very comfortable. Shuttle service is provided to & from the nearby airport. Check-in was fast & ... courteous. The room was clean and spacious. It included a microwave, mini-frig, coffee all conveniently located in a hutch. There was a desk and internet service. Although the hotel's restaurant was very good, there are numerous restaurants and also shopping within a couple miles.

Within 1/2 hr drive from the hotel is down town Albany where there are numerous attractions... museum, Capitol building, park @ river front, etc.

I was very satisfied with staying at the Hilton Garden Inn Albany Airport, ALBANY, NY. This hotel has a comfortable ... atmosphere. The rooms were clean and larger than most. The food was delicious and use of the internet and copy machine helped tremendously. I would stay here again and recommend this hotel to friends.
