When to Atlanta for the Bears and Falcons football game. The game would have been better if the Bears would have won , but ... good game anyway. The Hilton was packed so the noise level was high along with the elevators next to our room and we could not change rooms,we have reservations for Mccormick and Schmicks and dined 2 days in a row the food was great!depressing was all the homeless whom all beeged for money if you gave to all you would be broke in one day.Houston & Chicago Hiltons were much better and we will not stay in Atlanta again and they did not have a refrigerator in the room nor shuttle service!

Hilton Atlanta-Amazing :)
Chas Sep 29, 2009
Hilton Atlanta offers wonderful service and has a wonderful location. It is central and minutes from the Georgia Dome, ... Aquariuma, Atlantic Station and MidTown in general. The service again, is immaculate. Very clean and spacious rooms with a wonderful view. Beware: if you drive a oversized vehicle (Truck, Van, SUV), you will not be able to self park because it does not fit. You will need to do oversized vehicle parking which is 32/day.

IRS Forum
Donya Sep 25, 2009
Attended the IRS Forum. It would have been GREAT to have had a refrigerator in the room! Was disappointed in the local ... shopping... VERY LITTLE! It was FREEZING in the lower level when we ate lunch, where the vendors were sit up. The air conditioner in the room was very noisy and didn't cool the room properly. The first night, there was not enough hot water. The second day it took 15 minutes for the shower to get hot. The food and drinks in the Market Place were VERY over priced!

Ghost Marketer Aug 7, 2009
The service was great, But there was a dripping vent in my room that was very annoying. I noticed that it must've been going ... on for awhile because the dripping vent was directly over the bathroom door and the door had brown stains on the front and back of it. The hotel was clean and spacious and the staff was great.

Good location, helpful staff
weekend traveler Aug 3, 2009
We enjoyed the hotel, the location was close to the Georgia Aquarium which was one of the activities we visited. The check ... in clerk was very helpful and even comped us free breakfast buffets. We opted for self-park (pricey at $21 a night) and did not have accessible luggage dollies so had to haul everything in ourselves across a huge lobby. We could have tipped bellman but already paying for parking decided not to. Other than that we enjoyed our stay. The 24 hour cafe was great- with two small children and arriving late we were able to get sandwiches reasonably priced.

King bed on Orbitz doesn't mean you get
TheHRIssue Jul 9, 2009
I'm not sure if my problem is with Orbitz or with Hilton. It would be nice to get an answer one way or the other. I booked ... my room 3 months in advance with the option to check off for a King size bed. When I got there to check in. They told me I got two full sizes and to deal with it. According to the young lady (very friendly and apologetic). The king size that showed on my reservation to her "was a request, not a reservation or gurantee." Otherwise, the hotel is wonderful. I have stayed there before and would stay again.

Great Hotel
Red Sox Fan Jul 1, 2009
Great Hotel even let us check in early and upgraded our room to the executive level(loved the view!!!). Staff helped us find ... the shuttle for the baseball game (go bosox!). There were a few large groups but they didn't bother us at all. I knew ahead of time that they were only offereing valet parking so I just parked in the garage next door which was cheaper.
