Additional Information
After booking your High Cliff Divers Tour please provide your hotel name for your pick up, by calling or emailing Gray Line Acapulco. The contact information for Gray Line will appear on the voucher that you will receive upon completion of your reservation.

Redemption Instructions

Once you have completed your purchase, you will receive an email linking to a voucher. You must print and present this voucher in order to redeem services.

You MUST confirm the date of your tour and hotel pickup with Gray Line at least 48 hours in advance. Gray Line's email address and phone number will appear on your voucher. Once you have confirmed with Gray Line, they will provide you with additional redemption details.

Terms and Conditions

Voucher may be redeemed for High Cliff Divers. Voucher may only be redeemed once.

Cancellation Rules

Attractions and services are non-cancelable. A Voucher has no cash value and is non-transferable. No refunds, credits, exchanges, or cancellations of a Voucher will be granted once Voucher has been issued. Refunds will not be issued for unused or partially used attractions or services. Availability and pricing for an attraction or service are subject to change without notice.
