Great Stay! Loved everything about it.
Tara Nov 10, 2009
There are many different towers. I suggest asking for the Water tower because its closer to the pool and food court. I was in ... the Harbour tower and it was a long walk around the casino to get to the food/shopping and pool. Other than that it's a great place to stay and the pool is amazing.

Check out the bar in the back. As long as you play the poker machine built into the bar itself, drinks were on the house. I played for $5.00 making the minimum bet of $.25. That got me 2 beers and a shot of Jameson! Good times.

Long Weekend
RnK Oct 13, 2009
This hotel had everything we needed. A fun Casino, a few nice shops an a awesome indoor pool with 7 jacuzzi's and full ... bar. Harrah's has an AWESOME spa that is well worth the money. We spent 1/2 a day at the spa and loved it. The only dissapointed we had was waiting for seating at any restaurant. The worst being at Reflections Cafe were we waited over an Hour for breakfest and then was told they had stopped serving breakfest 10mins before seating us.

I wouldn't stay there again
travel for business Oct 5, 2009
I thought the hotel staff on the phone (reservations, front desk, etc) were totally rude and unhelpful. I had to call 4 times ... to get my reservation sorted out and there were still issues when we checked in. I asked for someone from management at the front desk to call me back and no one ever called, that was 5 days ago. We all went to one of the bars at the casino one night and the waitstaff there and the bartenders acted like we were bothering them by ordering over-priced cocktails. Unless I go on someone's comp, I do not plan to stay there again.

Bachelorette Weekend

The hotel was quite large. The newly renovated area is a lot nicer than the other part of the hotel. There are some nice ... shops. The best part about the hotel is the pool. It would have been nice had there been a true non-smoking area. Having a smoking and non-smoking area within 12 feet of each other is not non-smoking.

UNFORTUNATELY NOTHING SPECIAL
Should have stayed on VA beach Aug 22, 2009
We were arriving late so we called to let them know. When we got to the room there was soap in the shower as well as wet ... towels from the previous people. The coffee pot in the room had used grinds in it with dirty coffee cups too.. We let the front desk know and they said WE needed to call housekeeping to complain to them. If I did that, I think I would have been escorted out. The alarm clock was plugged in but did not work. It was about 92 degrees out, so we made sure when we got there we put the air on.. Although we had it on 67, the real feel temp in the room was 81. Stuffy and muggy.. Our Room NEVER got cold.. Be careful when you flush.. your neighbors in adjacent rooms can hear you ..lol Just an average place. Stay somewhere else if you could.

Lana Aug 19, 2009
I've stayed at several different hotels in AC and harrahs was my fav! The service was amazing! I asked a random hotel ... worker if he knew where I could purchase club soda and a lime. He walked me to a few stores, none of which had the things that I needed. Instead of just giving up, he told me to wait where i was and he came back with bottles of club soad and a few limes and wouldn't even accept any money for them! Such a nice guy and such great service!
