humm...
i enjoyed the comfort of the beds, the friendly staff and close proximity to knotts berry farm. however there was a cockroach ... in the lobby bathroom

Nice Family Getaway
The hotel was nice and staff was kind. Some recommendations will be. The business center not to be in the middle of the lobby ... looks kind of tacky. It should be in a more private setting. The towles should be place at the swiming pool not at the front desk. I felt they were controlling the towels. The hotel needs more green plants/trees outside.

Continental Breakfast is good at the hotel except for the eggs. They have nice breakfast room to enjoy it.
