From late check-in by Front Desk/General Manager to late check-out and in between service was excellent! And that includes ... the complimentary buffet breakfast!

[...], front desk helper, offered to print directions for us, and when she knew we'd miss the home-made cookies, she offered ... to save some for us at the desk--and did!

Prescott weekend getaway

We were put in a smoking room when we requested a non-smoking room. We ask to be moved and they said they were full but gave ... a can of fabreeze to spray in the room. The stay left us smelling like cigarette smoke to go to a church event. THe breakfast was good. The stay would have been better if we would have been a non-smoking room.

VERY ACCOMODATING!

The hotel and their staff were Wonderful. The accommodations were GREAT and very confortable. Staff went out of thier way to ... make you feel welcome.The fitness room way to small (only had room for a tredmill mill and exercise bike)would request more space for additional equipment to reduce wait time, but it was right off of the pool so cool down was made simple. Complementry breakfast was abundant, lots of items to choose from and the coffee was fresh and HOT! We would stay there again on our next trip and recommend this Hotel to our friend.

Great location for the price

We were in Prescott for our son's track meet. We had brake trouble on the way and needed direction to a Midas shop and the ... desk clerk was able to help me by giving me a map and show the direction to get there. This was very helpful. I have long hair so I asked for extra shampoo and conditioner and I got it. We had a great breakfast also. We will stay at Hampton Hotels more often now.

A Comfortable stay

The Hampton Inn, Prescott provided us with a very comfortable and quiet stay. It was an ease to get to from the road and to ... find parking. The staff was very helpful with questions of where to find things in town as well as travel tips around Arizona. We realized we needed to extend our stay and they were most accommadating. The Hampton Inn was very clean and well cared for as were the rooms. The shower ran well with hot water immediately. Breakfast was available from 6 to 9 am. with much to choose from. The food was fresh and the area was attended to. There is a pool and clothes washing area, besides a clean snack area.
