A great night, and a comfy bed.
Late Night Concert Go'er Nov 11, 2009
The staff was helpful with all my questions, even calling my cab for me. After a late night at a concert, they even had info ... for late night food delivery for me. I had absolutely no problems here.

The Corner Bar on Elliston was a great deal. During a late night happy hour we were able to get $1.50 and $1.25 beer. They also served food until 1 AM so I would suggest to anyone looking for a night out.

Excellent Hotel!!
Traveling Nana Jun 25, 2009
As usual the Hampton Inn was just like the other ones we have stayed at. Always clean!!! The hotel was directly across from ... several great restaurants. The pool was just outside our door. The breakfast buffet had hot and cold foods with many choices. All the staff was very friendly and even though the hotel is on a busy street we never heard any outside traffic no any noise from other rooms.

Had requested two double beds, only one bed and pull out couch available. Requested non smoking, room had horrific smoke ... smell. Had no incidental charges when leaving hotel, two charges one for $20 and one for $30 were placed on card. Had to leave message with manager to get them removed.

Several restaurants are within short walking distance. We chose the microbrewery that was just across the street. Great hamburger....or buffalo burger....menu gave much more to chose.

Great value for the money!
Emily Sep 1, 2008
It's in a convenient location near I-40. A few minutes drive to downtown Nashville. Free breakfast, plenty of free ... parking, and free Internet access. I can't complain. I stayed in a room on the street side two nights before and it was a little noisy. I made a request to stay on the quiet side so they gave me a room on the quiet side, very nice. The only bad thing was the bath tub - The water didn't drain as I took shower. As a result, both my feet were immersed in the water after shower. Very uncomfortable. I had to use paper towel to wipe off the foam from my shampoo in the tub. Otherwise, it would have been perfect. Since I was in a big hurry the next morning, I didn't have time to call the front desk to get it fixed. So I got it again. Very uncomfortable. Also, the front desk staff were not knowledgable enough to give me directions to the well-known destinations nearby, such as Hermitage, Bluebird's Cafe, or Graceland.

Great place to stay while visiting Vanderbilt
Leslie Aug 21, 2008
We stayed here while moving our daughter into her dorm at Vanderbilt. The hotel is within walking distance of the campus, ... which was very helpful - parking on campus is difficult to find. The free hotel parking was a plus. The hotel is clean, bright, and friendly. The staff is wonderful. Rooms are clean. Breakfast provided some great choices. The pool is clean. I asked for directions to Target & WalMart - and was provided cards with excellent directions. A nice touch! All in all, a great place to stay.

Misty Jul 19, 2007
The staff at the Hampton Inn in Nashville/Vanderbilt were very helpfull and courteous. This was my first time in the area. ... They gave great directions and didn't take me all over town to get where I needed to go. They smiled and actually seemed to enjoy their job.
