I stayed one night at the hotel. Essentially it was what I would expect of a hotel within that price range. The rooms were ... clean, the facilities good and the staff helpful. I would recommend the hotel for a business or vacation traveler looking for a mid-priced motel.

Hotel is very new and nice, Breakfast is OK. Kids enjoyed the swimming pool. We paid around $239 but got a smoking room. The ... Front desk staff are not so friendly. Hotel is close to UCSB, not much around the area.

MY DAUGHTER AND I WENT FOR HER CHEERLEADING TRYOUTS AT UCSB AND IT WAS A PERFECT LOCATION AND THE SERVICE WAS GREAT. I SPENT ... MOST OF MY TIME IN THE HOTEL AND EVERYONE WAS EXTREMELY FRIENDLY AND HELPFUL. I WILL BE A FREQUENT VISITOR FOR THE NEXT 4 YEARS!

The staff was so enjoyable and friendly. Every question we had was answered immediately and with a smile. We were unfamiliar ... with the Goleta and the staff was able to provide a list of restaurants and activities with directions. The hotel was so central to everything but far enough from state street that the cost of the room wasn't as expensive as it typically might be. When we checked in to our room we realized that the people prior to us must've smoked in the room. I called immediately down to the front and without an argument or question we were placed into a new room. It truly was delightful and I would most definitely stay there again.
