Okay but not great.

Front desk and valet parking were really friendly. Room was dirty (found used washcloths in bathroom), telephone did not ... work, night light missing a bulb, and other items that just missed attention.

Great location to catch a Browns, Cavaliers or Indians game with valent parking parking and each game only a short walk from the hotel.

Hampton Inn Cleveland Downtown
Amanda Sep 26, 2009
The location was great, right in the heart of downtown and a brief walk to attractions. The parking garage was located across ... the street and around a corner, which was not easily accessible. Also the automated key card for the garage was not working and there was confusion with the garage attendant.

Nice Hotel in Downtown Cleveland
Double D Jul 2, 2009
We went to a Cleveland Indians baseball game. We walked to the House of Blues for dinner before the game. The next day we ... walked to The Rock and Roll Hall of Fame. The hotel is in a great location for walking everywhere we wanted to go. The front desk staff was friendly and very helpful with maps and locations. I suggest paying $18 for the Valet Service - No hassle parking.

Great Location

Easy to find, great location, friendly staff!!! My daughter and I stayed here because we were attending a concert at the ... Quicken Loan Arena. It was a short, safe walk from the hotel to the arena. At check in the desk clerks inquired about our visit and were quick to give us a detailed map of downtown and highlighted the best walking route to everything we wanted to see. The room was clean, comfortable, and quiet. Highly recommended.

Great Overall Stay
Lori Aug 8, 2008
The Hampton Inn Cleveland is very centrally located to downtown Cleveland. The room was clean and quiet. They offered a ... great breakfast buffet and even had to go bags for those that had little time to sit and eat. Each evening, warm baked cookies were available as well. Would definitely book this hotel again.

The middle of nowhere
Jeffrey Jul 15, 2007
First reason it was close to the Stadium where the Kenny Chesney concert was held. Second reason was so we could walk to ... whatever we decided to do afterwards and not fight traffic in our car. We later discovered everything in that area closes early and our hotel had no restaurant. Our dinner for the evening was a bag of pretzels. On a positive note, our beds were very comfortable and the check in and out and valet service were very efficient.
