Best Inn in Albany

As we came in from our 9 hour flight from San Diego CA. we were greeted by [...] at the front desk. He had a smile and was ... ready and willing to answer all questions we had. As we stayed for 5 night we found all the staff to be friendly and knowledgable.Hot coffee 24/7 that was great.

The room was well appointed, but small. Check-in was long because the clerk was on the phone attempting to give directions ... to the hotel to someone looking for a room. I felt that he should have taken care of us, since we were there first, and asked the person to hold. It took us 10 minutes to get the room key.
