Expensive but understadable
Returning guest Aug 24, 2009
Overall it is a good experience compared to our last visit a year ago. Absolutely kid friendly. Due to holiday season ... perhaps, there were adequate counters and staff at registration with hardly any waiting. Rooms were ready to checkin without any wait. Generally costs are high but this may be to compensate for the off season! All trinkets and souveniers are too expensive. All the kids are lured in to the 'Magiquest' game which is a total rip off! For the money spent on the wand, its attachments and the game not to speak of the trouble parents go through, there is hardly any guidance and the sensors in many of the gadgetry are slow to respond and some take forever - may be they need servicing or a change of battery!! For a water park of this size, and turnover, guest room toilets are not equipped with exhaust fans and thus you are left with a muggy wet smell while you deal with your wet clothes in the room! All this rant is meant as a feedback.

Not many vegetarian options. Breakfast at Starbucks is the best, healthiest and cheapest (Oatmeal with raisins & nuts). Water in Starbucks is cheaper than other places! Pizzahut provides drinking water free with your meal!

Fantasic Family Getaway!!!!!!!!!!

We rented a cabana, the best part!!! Your stay at the hotel includes 2 days worth of water park access. They provide beach ... towels! You just walk downstairs from your room in your swimsuit, no bag/sunscreen needed. Your room key is your wristband. I love this place!!!! I have had many people sign up to go. Sign up for the kids programs. Check in was the easiest part, it maybe took a few mins. They have bunkbeds in the rooms created like log cabins.

Waterslide Mania!
Supermom Stacey Aug 4, 2009
Great waterpark to take kids to. Overall, the place was wonderful. Kids hotel for sure. Magic Quest sends kids all over the ... hotel with magic wands pointing them at objects. Room was great only they use all flat sheets not fitted so I was resting on the plastic cover of the mattress half the night. Other than that Great experience. Hotel offers two restaurants ..One buffett and other is ordering from menu. They also have arcades, spa for kids, an ice cream shop, cub club and story time. Kids will never forget this vacation.

Great Weekend Getaway
Cool Mom Jul 28, 2009
Thought this was a great weekend getaway for a family with kids under 12. Very good value all around with reasonably priced ... rooms, food, and extras. Water park was on the smallish side but plenty of fun for a couple of days. Everything was clean and well kept. Staff was friendly and professional.

Me and my son arrived about 2:30 and we were given our passes to the waterpark. Our room was ready around 4 PM. We went to ... check-in and my son's flip flop came off and something on the floor cut if heal. He was pretty upset and I was pretty stressed out. His foot is fine, but he wouldn't go back to the waterpark since his foot was hurt. We did go to the arcade and he loved it. I had fun there too. I think we will go back again and hopefully have no injuries so we can utilize the waterpark more.
