The International Visitor's Information Center is closed on Thanksgiving, Christmas Day, and New Year's Day and the San Diego Visitor Information Center at Mission Bay Drive is closed on Thanksgiving Day and Christmas Day.

No refunds, credits, exchanges, or cancellations of a Voucher will be granted once Voucher has been issued. Refunds will not be issued for unused or partially used attractions or services.
