Availability
Cards are valid between the hours of 9am-5:30pm for the number of days purchased for up to 14 days from first use. Hours and dates of operation for individual attractions may also vary. Some attractions are seasonal. Most attractions do not operate on Thanksgiving, Christmas, or New Year's Eve. All attraction hours and dates of operation will be noted in your guidebook.

Vouchers may be redeemed at any of the following locations. You must present your printed voucher along with a photo ID to pick up your card(s).

Attractions and services are non-cancelable. A Voucher has no cash value and is non-transferable. No refunds, credits, exchanges, or cancellations of a Voucher will be granted once Voucher has been issued. Refunds will not be issued for unused or partially used attractions or services. Availability and pricing for an attraction or service are subject to change without notice.
