Tour is available daily at 10:00am and 1:00pm, however, the cemetery is closed on Saturday afternoons, Sundays, and some holidays. Please note that this tour may also not be available on some holidays.

Call Gray Line before you arrive in New Orleans to schedule a specific date and time for your tour. The phone number will appear under Redemption Instructions on your voucher. Gray Line will issue you an additional confirmation number for the tour(s). Please present your voucher and confirmation number at the Gray Line Lighthouse Ticket Office.

Cancellation Rules
Attractions and services are non-cancelable. A Voucher has no cash value and is non-transferable. No refunds, credits, exchanges, or cancellations of a Voucher will be granted once Voucher has been issued. Refunds will not be issued for unused or partially used attractions or services.
