Details: Full Day Excursion To Florence

After departing Rome you will pass through some of Italy’s most beautiful regions including Lazio, Umbria and Toscana. Upon arrival in Florence, your tour of the city will include the Cathedral of Santa Maria del Fiore with Giotto’s bell tower and baptistery. Next, you will visit the Academy with Michelangelo’s famous David and you will see della Signoria’s Square and Palace.

In the afternoon the tour will proceed to the Piazza Santa Croce and you will have free time at your disposal to explore Florence. After this, you will drive to Piazzale Michelangelo, where you can see a magnificent view of this Renaissance city, including the Ponte Vecchio.
