Lung King Heen

The only restaurant in Hong Kong to receive three Michelin stars. Caprice

French restaurant overlooks spectacular Victoria Harbour and Kowloon peninsula. Its design integrates guest seating into the open kitchen, allowing diners to watch our chefs at work while delicious aromas accompany the dining experience. The menus of authentic French contemporary cuisine use only the finest and freshest produce on the market, and bring together culinary influences from regions all over France. One of only seven restaurants in Hong Kong to receive two prestigious Michelin stars, Caprice is led by Chef Vincent Thierry. Together with his team of 25 chefs, Thierry creates innovative menus with dishes that are light and refreshing, yet rich in taste and flavor.

The Lounge

Located adjacent to the lobby, off the dramatic, six-storey high glas-walled atrium. Curving planes, luminescent metallic rays and contrasting timber paneling echo the design elements of the atrium while creating an intimate space for small business and social occasions.

Blue Bar

Located on the ground floor, the bar offers a varied selection of premium liquors and champagnes, an excellent variety of wines served by the glass and an extensive list of classic cocktails, including a selection of 88 signature blue cocktails. Seats 54, eight at the bar.

Inagiku

One of the oldest and best-known restaurants in Japan, and the décor of Inagiku Hong Kong seamlessly blends traditional Edo-style artwork with modern Japanese creations, against a backdrop of brown and gold. Its Zen-like ambience and breathtaking harbour views create the ideal setting for guests to experience Chef Morihara's culinary magic.
