Great service. Would have utalized the tour company in the lobby but they were way too expensive. No hotel car service ... to/from the airport! Amazing. Tour people provided a van to drive us to the airport, 8 miles away for $70.00 US. Rediculous

Dominican Market is easy to get to:metro then a short cab ride. Superb quality Chilean crafts for reasonable prices.

We checked into the hotel after a 13 hour flight. Check-in was a bit slow but people very friendly. Had dinner in the ... restaurant and reserved two tours with the tour desk. Tour desk lady was very warm/friendly and spoke very good English. She answered all of our questions and provided info on the various tours available. Would definately revisit the hotel as the food and service was Very Good!
