The hotel was OK, and just OK is good enough. But you didn't inform me that they would charge me $12 for overnight parking. ... When I protested and told them I had prepaid and it covered all of the charges, they told me this was extra. [...]That was my day. Not a very good day. Hope you are having a nice day. Ralph

My flight got changed and I arrived at the hotel almost 2 hours earler than I should have. Check in is at 2pm but I got to ... the hotel at 9:30am. They let me check in early at 11am. I thought that was great.. The bad part is they could not let me check in as soon as I got there and also the bar was not open until 11am. So not much to do but sit in lobby and watch whatever was on tv and wait till 11am to hit..
