In addition, the Fiesta Inn & Suites is located in close proximity to the historic Mission, one of the greatest tourist attractions. Across from the Mission is the famous rose garden, which has nearly a 1,000 different types of roses.
The Fiesta Inn & Suites offers a total of 24 guest rooms. A good portion of the rooms is family oriented, containing two or three beds per room. We also have a sundeck for guest to have the opportunity to enjoy complementary breakfast, served between 7:30 am to 10 am, sunbathe, or look at the beautiful mountain range. Our experience at Fiesta Inn Suite was unpleasant and makes me wonder is [...] is concerned with the hotels and ... accommodations they advertise on their website. We filed a complained with Better Business Bureau of Santa Barbara about how the room was smelly and the sink did not drain and the shower drain had a bad smell coming from it. There were no screens on the windows and when we left the window open to deal with the smells mosquitoes and bugs got in to the room and bit my wife. My wife has difficulty with her breathing due to the odors. Our satisfaction with Fiesta Inn Suites is zero.

DO NOT STAY HERE! THEY TRIED TO PUT US IN ROOM 18 WHERE THE BATHROOM WALLS & CEILING WERE FULL OF MOLD - AND I DIDN'T EVEN ... LOOK IN THE SHOWER! I COMPLAINED AND WAS MOVED TO ANOTHER ROOM. THIS ROOM HAD A FOUL SMELL, FILTHY CARPET, THERE WERE NO SCREENS ON THE WINDOWS, ONLY ONE LAMP WORKED IN THE ROOM, COFFE MAKER WITH NO COFFEE --- NEED I SAY MORE. THIS WAS A MISERABLE EXPERIENCE.

Friendly staff for Good harbor in storm!

We needed a room in Santa Barbara at the last minute on a holiday weekend. Fiesta Inn was the first hotel that accepted us ... for one night in the location we wanted to stay. It has a charm but has seen better days, but there was nothing unacceptable considering it was where we wanted to stay at the right price. The only significant problem for us was plumbing. The comode handle needed a jiggle to stop flowing and the shower water temerature kept changing requiring frequent adjustments. If you want a fancy place with lots amenties, keep looking, but if you need a decent place to sleep near the Arlington Theater, you might like the Fiesta Inn.

The Fiesta Inn & Suites takes advantage of its location, charging premium rates for a very non-premium room. VERY EXPENSIVE, ... AC DID NOT WORK, ROOM WAS NOT STOCKED WITH ANY AMENITIES, SHOWER WAS SCALDING THEN FREEZING, WINDOW WAS PROPPED OPEN WITH A SHAMPOO BOTTLE, TOWELS WERE VERY CHEAP AND INADEQUATE, BUT THE LOCATION IS OK ON STATE STREET. HOWEVER I DID NOT LET IT RUIN MY DAY, I STILL HAD FUN.
