Great experience, good price

I went with two friends during the off-season. We just went to lounge on the beach and swim. Our room was clean, no ... complaints there. Good maid service. The pool was very nice, beach access was good. The room wasn't plush and luxurious, but I didn't expect it to be for the price we paid. We didn't have any issues with loud music from nearby clubs or construction, but like I said, we were there in early November. Our air-conditioning worked well, which was good because its still very hot in November. We requested a partial view of the bay, and that's exactly what we got. We didn't eat at the hotel restaurant because we like to travel on the cheap and it was a little pricey, but the breakfast buffet did look tasty.... My only complaint was that it was a little difficult to get towels for the room and beach. If you don't turn your beach towel in by 8pm they threaten to charge you about $30! And we had to repeatedly request additional towels for our rooms. Pack your own towels if you possibly can. That was a minor inconvenience compared to the overall quality of the hotel, though. We had exceptionally good service from the front desk! My friend lost his glasses when he was leaning out over the balcony and they landed on a neighboring building's roof. He went to the front desk and asked for someone that spoke English. He related the problem to the manager, who then sent a security guard out on the roof to retrieve the glasses. Friendly and helpful. I think the price was fair for what we received. I would go back to this hotel and will look for this hotel chain in the future.
