Availability
Whitewater rafting is available daily June thru October. Unless otherwise instructed, please go to the launch site at the arranged time. The operators are experts and will make the decision about rafting. If you do not show up because you believe it is poor weather and the school has given the go ahead for the experience, you will forfeit your booking. Always attend your experience unless specifically told otherwise. No refund or compensation will be given.

Jim Thorpe, PA is located approximately 2 hours from New York City, 90 minutes from Philadelphia, 3 hours from Baltimore, and 2 hours from Harrisburg, PA.

Duration
Whitewater rafting trip will return approximately 5 hours after departure to the original launch site.

Exclusions
Wetsuits are not provided, but you may bring your own or they can be purchased the day of your trip.

Additional Information
We suggest guests wear wool socks, sweaters and hats during the colder Spring months. Wetsuits are mandatory until mid-May and can be rented on the day of your experience. You should also bring a change of clothing and a towel.

Restrictions
Wet suits are state-mandated until May 1 of every year. We have maintained an excellent record of safety. However, any outdoor adventure activity offers varying degrees of inherent natural risk. Slippery rocks, sudden water level changes, the individual's concentration to the task, and various other factors contribute to your rafting adventure. Therefore, we cannot assume responsibility for property loss or personal liability. If you question your physical abilities, please consult your physician. You will be asked to acknowledge your acceptance of these conditions before your trip by signing a waiver of liability form agreeing to participate at your own risk.

Redemption Instructions

Once you have completed your purchase, you will receive an e-mail linking to a voucher for each attraction and service. You must print and present the voucher in order to gain admission or redeem services.

You must call Great American Days within 24 hours of booking to confirm your reservation, time, and date.

Terms and Conditions

Voucher may be redeemed for Family Whitewater Rafting. Voucher may only be redeemed once.

Cancellation Rules

Attractions and services are non-cancelable. A Voucher has no cash value and is non-transferable. No refunds, credits, exchanges, or cancellations of a Voucher will be granted once Voucher has been issued. Refunds will not be issued for unused or partially used attractions or services. Availability and pricing for an attraction or service are subject to change without notice.
