Friendly front desk staff and accomodating with early check-on. Rooms were a big let down. This place is old, and not kept ... up. The Holdya Inn is MUCH nicer and pretty close in price

an old fashioned dump
this hotel met the very lowest acceptable standards. the rooms were 1} just barely clean enough for a not very fastidious ... person to tolerate. 2}the service was negligible to nonexistent .one day our room was not made up at all. when we returned to find this late one afternoon we packed and left. no one inquired as to why we were leaving early. it was clear that no one cared. you would do your customers a favor by no longer booking this hotel. in addition to the above, i was under the impression that i had booked 2 rooms but was told at arrival that only 1 was reserved. altho they could accomodate me with a 2nd room they would not give me the same rate, they never told me what the new rate was,but that i should work it out with orbitz. ok work it out

weekend away
The falmouth inn was a little run down looking. The carpets all appeared that they needed to be replaced. The still allow ... smoking in some of there rooms so half the hotel smelled funky. The hallways seemed dark and a little dank. Our room was nice just out dated. Very clean. The bar in the lobby was funny with lots of character, they served breakfast there in the morning which was good. The best part of my stay was the hotel staff, they were all extremely helpful and friendly. Highlights of the location : beach close by (1-2 Miles), resurants with in walking distance, near center with tons of fun shops, and close to supermarkets and drug stores. The prices were unbeatle for the time of year and location. I would stay here again.

very family friendly
Due to the Falmouth Road Race the runners were allowed to over stay the usual checkout time and it delayed our getting into ... our room by 45 inutes. But we still had to check out the next sday at the usual time. At 9:00PM the swimming pool was clean but cold! The staff was very friendly under trying curcumstances. Liked the hotel, would come back.
