Flagstaff and this hotel was the base for a five day trip aroudn the area. It was nice to come back as the end of the day, ... get a fresh baked cookie and cup of tea or coffee and resign back to the room. The breakfast in the morning was just right to eat and go out to see the sites.

I was very surprised that they remembered that I prefer a room close to the stairwell because I didn't have to ask. I attend ... a conference every year at NAU which is within walking distance. The room was clean, quiet, secure and comfortable. Lots of restaurants & shops within walking distance as well as the highways to all destinations nearby.

Great room and location.
Couple Traveling for 3 days May 17, 2009
Served us well for a 3 day trip in Flagstaff. Much better than the other hotels in town. I highly recommend the Fairfield ... Inn. The only complaints are access to and from the main road is a little tricky and there was a moving truck in the parking lot that made noise backing up at night. The room was great, the staff was great and there was a continental breakfast. Recommended.

Below Par Room
William Dec 14, 2008
Room size was ok for one person only. No small refrigerator. No real glass (only cheap styrofoam cups) in the room, the room ... heater ran either hot or cold (neither comfortable), the hotel itself is difficult to enter and exit from the main road, and last but certainly not least, The small TV with 6 news channels, the local staions, and HBO. It never ceases to amaze me that the hoteliers don't get that most people when they travel aren't out on the town every night. I thought the idea of a hotel was to make it like a home away from home. Well, this just makes one glad to get back home.

My review of Fairfield Inn Flagstaff
Teri Oct 5, 2008
The Fairfield Inn staff was friendly and efficient. The room was very average and slightly on the small side. The temperature ... in the room was difficult to control with the old system that is in place. It was either very cold or very hot, no happy medium. The location is very convenient to the University and dining. I felt the hotel was way over priced considering the quality of the room.

Fairfield in Flagstaff was great. The room was comfortable and had all the amenities for my 22 year old daughter and me. The ... staff was wonderful with helping find the local hang outs for a young adult and an older adult. As with all Fairfield hotels, the staff was great with getting extra shampoo and keeping the room temp. great.. The location was within walking distance of some shops. The Fairfield Inn by Marriott in Flagstaff, AZ was a little difficult to find at first - but that proved to be its greatest ... selling point. It was quiet since it was at the end of a cul de sac. The room was very comfortable and my wife and I got some much needed rest after a very long drive.
