Good hotel and friendly staff. EXCEPT we stayed two nights arriving the first night at 11PM. Our key card would not unlock ... the room even after an additional two walks down to the desk. The next morning they could still not fix it saying the security company was is California and they could only contact them once they opened at about 12 noon our time. We finally got a key card at 11 PM the second night on our return to the hotel. Needless to say, that first morning, we could only leave the room one person at a time which made it very inconvenient.

THERE WERE GIRLS HIGH SCHOOL TEAMS SCATTERED THROUGHOUT THE HOTEL AND THE NOISE WAS TERRIBLE. WE CALLED THE FRONT DESK 3 ... TIMES BETWEEN 11:15 PM AND 12:15 AM. THE NOISE CONTINUED. WE THEN HAD TO TAKE IT UPON OURSELVES TO CONTACT THE SPECIFIC ROOMS AND THE NOISE STOPPED ONLY TO START UP AGAIN AT 6:00 AM THE NEXT MORNING. LACK OF REST RUINED OUR ENTIRE WEEKEND. STAY AWAY FROM THIS FAIRFIELD INN. THERE ARE MANY OTHER HOTELS TO CHOOSE FROM IN THE IMMEDIATE AREA THAT MAY HAVE A MORE RESPONSIVE STAFF!

The room was a nice size for a couple. Our only complaint was that when we turned down the bed there was a long dark hair in ... the bed (most likely the maid's). Other than that the room appeared to be very clean. The breakfast included was fine for that type of breakfast . The rate we paid through Orbitz was very reasonable when compared to other hotels in the area and what the hotel was charging.

We were there for a wedding. Would have liked to room near other family members staying there but were unable to ... accomodate. Room had a bad odor (smoke) and a/c didn't work very well. But the beds were comfortable and maids were helpful. One thing I'd like to point out. When shopping online, I choose this hotel for the "outdoor" pool. When we arrived I found it was the pool next door we were to use. We ended up not doing so for that reason.

Needed to stay close to the airport due to an early flight out. Made some last minute changes to our schedule so called to ... get new directions. Received accurate and very friendly help. Upon arriving asked for and received recommendations for dinner. [...] printed out our airline boarding passes too.She refused a tip saying it was her pleasure! We had just stayed at some lovely B and B's and didn't expect to find a chain hotel that met our needs like this one did. We were even able to get breakfast at 6 am before leaving for the airport. Wow!
