Sufficient for my need

Sufficient for 2 nights business seminar lodging in the area. The kitchenette area with full size fridge was nice with ... coffee pot and toaster in addition to microwave. There were no pots/pans to cook. Although the room looked clean I saw 3 small roaches in the kitchen area.

The staff that we saw were great, the room was dirty looking. There were soooo many stains on carpert and walls. The glasses ... that were there as well as mugs were dirty, I went out and purchased glasses and dishes to use. I could not bring myself to use what was there. Had to ask for soap,dish detergent, coffee, they were not there when we arrived. The location was great. The price was great. But, a little updates would be great. Even some bleaching of the towels, to make them look cleaner. Which reminds me, a dirty towel was left hanging in the bathroom. I went out and purchased dissenfectant to clean the bathroom myself before using.

Very close to airport with shuttle service. Old hotel that tends to be quite noisy. Cooking smells were overpowering. ... Staff was friendly and helpful. Would recommend for a short stay only.

The hotel was close to Raymond James where we were for the U2 concert. Staff was friendly. Room was clean, only 2 pillows ... on the bed though. Walls were paper thin--heard our neighbors' TV at 8am when we were not ready to wake up!!! It was nice having full size fridge, cups, utensils, etc.

Good place to stay in Tampa

I was visiting Tampa to maybe live there soon, the location of the hotel was good. It was very near two malls, gas stations ... and IHOP and Waffle House. Near enough to the highways which was great to get to Clearwater and St. Petersburg. A block away from Enterprise Rent A Car. Just about a mile a street Dale Malbry has all the stores Walmart, Circuit City, Target, Whole Foods, Dennys and etc.I was surprise of the size of the queen size room. I've been in Extended Stay America Standard and the rooms are good size. Being that this was Extended Stay Deluxe I assume it would be bigger. Overall it was a good stay, the front desk were great any issue I had, they rectify it immediately.If I were to come back to that location I would stay there, there are other hotels but are much more in price for same area and stay. This place suits the purpose of the stay.

Was close to everything@ Very convienent! Wonderful staff, although had to change the room. I was on the first floor and the ... smell of cigarettes seeped to our room,staff quickly fixed problem. Wouldnt consider the gym an actual gym room has three old machines, very relaxed atmosphere.

The rooms were very nice. We had a king studio. The pool was beautiful, until the hotel staffs family showed up and threw a ... barbque that lasted from 3-10pm. This is clearly a hotel where economy hit families are staying thru their hardship, I travel to Tampa twice a month and have seen this ALOT. As a matter of fact that is going on alot in the state of Florida right now. There was a mall in both directions a block down, good food options also. We like to party in downtown and hit the beach, so good location! Parents, yes there is a strip club sitting in front of the hotel, but it was very calm.

The room was Very clean and neat... not to mention large. If you have reservations about staying so close to the airport, ... Don't. in my weeks stay, I heard only 2 or 3. The lack of an actual restaurant on site was made up for the choices at the International Mall. Which is only about a block away. Over all I would, infact have, recommend the Extended Stay deluxe to anyone.

You can also find California Pizza Kitchen, Cheesecake Factory, Chammps, Starbucks and several others that I didn't get a chance to try on this trip. Inside the mall are the standard Mall 'food court' fare. The hotel shuttle did take me on my trips there, but it's close enough to walk.. only about a block.

Don't let the other comments fool you , yes it is behind the playboy club but it is a very upscale club and not noisy. It ... looks more like a restaurant than a club. It was a nice room and very clean, I would definately reccomed this hotel

The third floor hall smelled like cigarettes. When I opened the door, I could smell cigarettes. The door was marked ... nonsmoking but there was an astray on the table. I was given another room immediately with appologies. There was no way of them knowing people smoked in that room.

There is only one restaurant that is walking distance. I crossed a busy street to a restaurant that the clientele were were dressed. Luckily they provided take out.
