It was clean and comfortable. I felt safe. It was convenient. My only complaint was that the hard surface floor was ... sticky--probably not well rinsed by the housekeeping staff.

When we arrived (at approx. 6 P.M.), our room had not been made up--towels on the floor, bed unmade, AC turned up so high the ... room was icy. According to the manager, the housekeeping staff had gone home. The room was large, but had only one chair. Since these are housekeeping units, the hotel has no ice machine. However, the ice trays in our room were empty, so the manager raided another room for ice. The bathroom was large, with both tub and shower and lots of counter space. Again, since it is designed for extended stay, no toiletries were provided except soap. The location was convenient to major arteries, plus shopping and restaurants. For the business person on a budget, it would be quite suitable--as long as one didn't expect more than the basic amenities. I believe that poor management is the major problem at this hotel. The personnel were friendly, but seemed sadly inept. I would not book there again.
