Pleasant Resort Amenities
Sharon Feb 19, 2008
The room was larger than some, although there was inadequate light at night for reading. Had an in-room refrigerator, which ... I like while traveling, but our particular fridge never really got cold enough to keep beverages at a proper temperature. Furnishings and layout of the room were nice but we also had a problem in that the bathtub drain would not hold so on nights when we might have liked to soak and relax, we were only able to use the shower. Pleasant patio that looked out over the courtyard, although it was too cold in mid-February to avail ourselves of it. If I were to travel to this area again, I would return to this resort as it's relatively good value for what they charge.

There's a lovely little nature trail (complete with road runners!) that will lead you down to a local restaurant that has great Mexican food--called La Placita 2.

Nice desert setting
Chuck Dec 13, 2007
The resort had great drive up appeal and was very well kept. The room was large and the bed was very comfortable. The ... lighting in the room could have been better and it was very cold in my room. The heater was decent but either made the room very hot or very cold. I stayed here in a winter month and I am sure it would have been fine if the weather outside would have been warmer. The dining room at the restaurant was really nice and even had some curtains to close to make your booth very private. All in all a very good stay
