Ok, nothing to cheer about

OK. fridge & microwave in the room. No other pluses. No cleaning service between days I was in the room. I made my own bed, ... etc.. I stayed at another hotel chain,where there was a complimentary breakfast for $5.00 more a day. The other hotel chain had cleaner rooms.

The staff was friendly but thats about it . The roaches pretty much killed the whole experience . That and the fact that if ... you stay less that 7 days the staff does not come to clean the room . The bed was uncomfortable and there were no extra blankets or pillows .

This Extended Stay America Richmond is in a very convenient location. It is easy to find from anywhere in Richmond. The ... accomodations are adequate for a long stay or just a few days. The room is clean, well stocked, and comfortable. The staff was friendly and helpful. Check in was a breeze.
