In Vegas, I was only looking for a place to stay and relax if I were to be at the hotel. Even though it is a little off the ... strip, the room sure makes up for it. I had a car there, which made my stay a breeze. The suites are easily bigger than most of the lowest priced suites found on the strip. The staff was very nice, and even let me check in at 12:30pm compared to 3:00pm. They offer complimentary drinks (yes that's plural for drink) from 5:00-7:30 pm. The free breakfast they cook to order ending at 10:30 am was a big bonus also. Even though the free internet wasn't too fast, it still did the job for checking emails and looking for places to go.

Embassy Suites Las Vegas
Mike Aug 25, 2009
Fiendly staff and good customer service. The rooms could have been cleaned better. The pool though pleasant, it was not ... cared for. Towels, cans and garbage were scattered around the patio. Either the hotel was short staffed or they just forgot about the pool area. Unfortunately the clutter took away from it's beauty.

Great Time!
Visiting Vegas Mom Jul 9, 2009
We had a wonderful time! I had called two weeks prior to change the room and for some reason, there was no record of my ... request - BUT they accomodated us with another room within 48 hours and we were very happy with our room, view and cleanliness. The pool was clean, the staff members were very attentive and friendly. The hotel was just minutes from the Las Vegas Strip and far enough away from the strip. The complimentary breakfast was very good and filling. I would recommend this hotel to anyone for vacation. BUT, if you do make changes to your room in advance, get a name and a new reservation number before you leave for your trip.

Great, but over booked?
Jaoz May 25, 2009
This hotel is one of our favorites. We have stayed at this chain before but near the convention center. We chose this ... location because it was closer to the strip than the convention center location. We prefer to stay off the strip because we find the Embassy Suites to be cleaner, quieter, better service and great value. The first 2 days we were there were great, we stayed 4 days. The breakfast in the morning is wonderul and so is the managers reception in the evening. The staff are great and treated us very well. We loved the flavoured ice water at the front desk. The hotel was clean, our room was spotless. The pool was small but nice and clean and relaxing. The shuttle to the strip and airport daily was very apreciated and convienient. Our only complaint is that we felt the hotel may have been over booked durring the weekend we were there. It was a long weekend and we woke on saturday to find the hotel lobby filled with families and children. The line up for the breakfast was huge so we ended up just grabbing a muffin and coffee and heading back to our room which was a bit disapointing. The pool was full of un supervised children who were quite mis behaved and destructive. We did witness other guests complaining at the front desk about this. By the time sunday rolled around the cleanliness of the lobby and pool deteriorated quite a bit. It seemed the hotel was overfull and staff could not keep up to the cleaning and demand for breakfast. We will stay at this Hotel again, but will be checking in advance to see what types of groups are booked before making a decision.

Great Location, Great Service!
Ariane Aug 31, 2008
The Embassy Suites Las Vegas is ideal if you don't want to stay on the strip, but you still want quick access to all the ... sights and sounds that the city has to offer. The hotel offers the free shuttle ride to and from the heart of the strip (a little tip to the driver never hurts), and you can just arrange that in advance. I picked this hotel because I had business to take care of at UNLV, which was right across the street, so this is an ideal place for families or people who need to get to the campus quickly. The hotel isn't a glitzy, ultra modern palace like your fancy casinos, but it's comfortable and it's clean and it's staff is professional and works just as hard as any of those over-priced places. The breakfast buffet every morning and the complimentary happy hour every evening is a nice guest treat! The gift shop/convenience store is pricey, but there's a CVS drugstore very close -within walking distance. The Hofbrauhaus & Hard Rock Hotel/restaurants are also within walking distance. More than anything, I couldn't have met the nicest, most hospitable staff during my stay Labor Day weekend, August 28-31, 2008. Most especially the Guest Services staff (restaurant and bar service, especially) were so warm and friendly and patient in answering all my questions about the city. I HIGHLY recommend this hotel for a person who is happy with simple creature comforts!

This hotel was very family friendly, I love staying here, everyone and everything was very nice. I would definately recommend ... it to a friend. The rooms were very clean and I liked the fridge and microwive in the rooms. The location is a few blocks from the strip and the hotel provided shuttle service to and from the strip and to the airport which was very nice. We had a very good view overlooking the pool and the Hard Rock Casino/cafe.

A place to relax.
Esmeralda Jun 10, 2007
The Embassy suites is the most comfortable--casino free hotel in Las Vegas. It feels so relaxing to come back to this ... hotel after a long walk at the strip. You will not hear any slots machine like the others because this is like a hideaway quiet place that helps you unwind and you get that rejuvenating effect when you enter the very clean room. Every staff is very courteous. When I checked in and requested for a bedroom with a door separating from the living room, she is so calm and helped me get the room prefer. It will be a great pleasure to come back again.

The Hard rock hotel is located just across the street of Embassy suites. If you are looking for some casino action or just hang around in a cool place, just walk across the street.
