I needed to add a day at the last minute and it was accomodated. They did forget to clean the room 1 day, but when I called ... within 15 mins a person was there and with a smile cleaned and let fresh towels.

There was absolutely nothing much within a close distance of this hotel. We had to drive north about 10 miles or more to eat dinner.

"Mediocre*
Cigarette smoke in the lobby was strong. Also, I detected it in our room even though it was a non-smoking room. I missed ... having conditioner for my hair. Would have preferred that over lotion. Breakfast was average.

a hotel stay
The hotel is an older establishment that has not been kept up. They are trying to fix it up but not doing well. The carpets ... are old and musty. The wife wrote on mirror with finger in dust please wash me. Under the beds has not been cleaned in at least a week. Did not see a pool or gym. Did not get to try the bar. The hotel is convient to Port Canaveral and Wal-Mart.

Business/Pleasure
We went down for a pleasure trip to NASA with my daughter and grandchildren in addition to a business trip. The hotel was ... very easy to find, but the freight train tracks were located directly across the highway from our room and were pretty loud. I would recommend that people planning to stay here bring their own blowdryer. They are not furnished in the room which is a small amenity I have gotten accustom to in my travels at other hotel chains. In fact, I can't rememeber staying at a hotel in the past 10 years that did not have blowdryers in the room, so I was without for the weekend because I did not bring mine. All in all, the stay was pleasant and I would stay there again, but would bring my own blowdryer.

very nice hotel
The econo lodge in cocoa fl. , was a very good choice we made to stay at. nice large rooms,clean. The staff was very nice ... when checking in and also very helpfull to asist us on where to eat and with perfect directions.great hotel would stay there again
