Good price, great service

This hotel was a good value for the price. It's in walking distance to the Convention Center and other downtown attractions, ... but I really appreciated the shuttle service to and from the airport and downtown when the weather was bad. Hotel staff were very responsive to my needs.

"Horrible Highway Hideaway"

The hotel charged my debit card for the room AND SO DID ORBITZ. I eventually received a refund from them. The room smelled, ... the bathroom was dirty and there were many, many homeless people near or around the property. Unsecure door locks.
