You get what you pay for: This EconoLodge matches the run-down city -- Schenectady -- in which it is located -- convenient to ... Union College, our reason for being there, but otherwise not offering much but a clean room and bathroom at a reasonable price.

The Econo Lodge was comfortable and was in a very good location to were I had to be at 7am. There were lots of people staying ... there and that made me feel save because in Schenectady there aren't many places to feel safe. The only thing that I didn't like was the fact that they didn't use fitted sheets on the bed. They had flat sheets were the fitted ones should have been. Other than that a very good room (as long as you don't want to swim or exercise). It is a good hotel just to sleep in.
