Great stay. Central location, no train noise, view of mountains. My dog just loved it. Staff outstanding, happy hour ... great, and breakfast was nice. Will go back next month.

The hotel was amazing! The only problem we had was that some clothes were accidently left behind in the closet. We called ... the hotel to get the clothing back and they had already been taken by the cleaning staff. The cleaning staff told the conceierge that they didn't find anything in the room. Was a little disappointed with this dishonesty, but it's not the hotel chains fault, just a dishonest cleaning staff.

This is a fantastic hotel. Very clean, quiet and a great location. The manager's reception was so nice. We were heading ... out to dinner later so we didn't use the drink card but, you get a card good for 3 drinks (beer, wine and cocktails I believe). The snacks were great! Veggies and dip, chips and salsa, popcorn, pretzels. They also have a soda fountain and coffee available anytime. Breakfast was included and it was fantastic! Eggs with ham, cheese and salsa you can add in yourself, sausage, biscuits and gravy, waffles, french toast, apples, bananas, oatmeal, cereal, toast, bagels, donuts and muffins. They also have juice, milk coffee, hot chocolate and the soda fountain. It was all we needed. And so very convenient! Overall we had a fantastic experience. I will actively seek out Drury hotels whenever we travel. The absolute only issue we had was having to wait in line over 20 minutes to check in because there was only 1 person working the desk. The other staff person was off fixing the soda machine. Finally, an officer on her daily rounds came in and after chatting with the lone desk clerk, went off to find the other desk clerk. By that time, there were another 12 people behind me.

Staff was wonderful. Originally reserved room for two people, two more guests joined us and they did not charge us any ... additional fees. Breakfast was great. Location was perfect and close to everything (within walking distance from downtown). Will stay here again in a heartbeat!

This hotel was located in Flagstaff right on the property of Northern Arizona University. Walking distance to downtown ... shopping and many restaurants. Good running available on the university property. Breakfast and managers' happy hour. Some rooms have a balcony. A very pleasant stay. I would definitely stay here again.

The Drury Inn and Suites provided excellent accommodations which included a large room, very comfortable beds, wireless ... internet access and the location is excellent. They also provided a free hot breakfast every morning.

The hotel was very nice and clean. The staff was helpful and the buffet was perfect for our older son and younger 2 ... children, and the happy hour was perfect for me and my husband!!
