The desk clerk went out of her way to be helpful. I needed a small refrigerator for medicine and she delivered it to my room ... herself.

This hotel was great. We enjoyed the indoor pool. We had take-out from Josh's. It was a good price and the food was very ... good. It was very convenient to take in a Red's game.

EXCELLENT HOTEL AND RESTAURANTS

We had a great time at the Drawbridge Inn. The staff were very friendly and helpful. They let me check in early because my ... room had been cleaned already. We had breakfast in the hotel and also dinner at the Tavern there inside the hotel. We were impressed with both. We liked the fact that there was wi-fi throughout the hotel and computers to use for free, in order to keep up with emails. There was one issue. I paid in full for the hotel prior to arriving to the hotel. However, they charged my card and the bill posted to my debit card. I had to call and they apologized and immediately corrected the problem. I will be back next year. Overall very satisfied and impressed.
