The room was nice and clean, the beds were amazing, we didnt want to leave. The distance from Disneyland was a good way to ... walk off breakfast or one of their delicious cookies. The work out room was small but had everything I needed to stay in shape. We will deffinately be coming back.

Really nice hotel and convenient
Grampa3X Oct 26, 2009
Stayed at the DoubleTree(a few blocks from the main gate to Disneyland)instead of the hotels located on the Disneyland ... Property. This hotel was great, rooms were beautiful and comfortable and about half the price of the hotels on the Disneyland property. The only thing we found confusing was the breakfast buffet. Where is it? Off the lobby is a gourmet-looking Italian restaurant (wouldn't take kids there)and a coffee bar (no buffet there). Confused, we went down the street to IHOP.

Quiet, clean and friendly
momofthreesuperkids Oct 19, 2009
The Doubletree Suites Anaheim Resorts is a clean, and friendly hotel with great staff who are relaxed but there to offer help ... when needed. The cleaning staff do not intrude and are pretty much out of site, I hate it when you trip over them every time you go in and out of your room, not a problem at this hotel during my stay. Food in the Italian restaraunt on site was good, and the ambience was quiet, dark, and cool, which was appreciated after a long day at Disneyland. The hotel for the price is exceptional. I've stayed in hotels that were not as nice for far more money. It was a pleasant surprize that the suite we we were put in was clean and large enough for 2 adults and three children. The beds were very comfy and the bathroom was clean and there was plenty of coffee packs to satisfy my habit. The only exception I had was that they charge a fee per person for their shuttle to and from Disneyland, but if you need to use it, the cost is less than a taxi ride, and it runs every hour. You can hoof it from the hotel, but we chose to drive over and park inside the park, which is fine cause we have annual passes, so parking is free for us. Overall, a great stay.

fantastic place to stay
Zach Sep 16, 2009
I had stayed at a double tree hotel many years back and remembered how great of a stay it was. so i decided to stay at the ... doubletree out of all the hotels i could have picked around the disneyland area. the shuttle was a great service although we were a little confused on how to get back since the buses seem to have tandem numbering on them. fortunately a bus with "double tree" printed on the side and we were able to get back to the hotel with little waiting. the pass was valid for a day which meant TILL THE NEXT DAY unlike some other places which ends at midnight. one thing i didnt like is that they put a hold on your card when you check in if you used a debit card. normally its fine but they didnt tell me how much the hold was until after they swiped my card. BUT the large cookies we got when we checked in made it alright. not to mention the great restaurant and wine bar in the lobby. theres also a business center with free internet the room was beautiful, there was a spot on the carpet that i only noticed because i tripped on my feet when unpacking. if i hadnt tripped and looked in an awkward place i wouldnt have noticed it. the bathroom was great as well. i slept EXTREMELY well

Not walking distance from Disneyland
OOMP Jul 15, 2009
Our family went to Disneyland and we stayed at The Doubletree Guest Suites Anaheim Resort/Convention Center hotel. The hotel ... was too far to walk to Disneyland and the ART took a long time to pick us up and drop us off. It does not come every 20 as the hotel staff said. The toilet kept making noise too but we turned off the water when we went to bed. Besides that we liked the hotel very much and would stay there again.

Tubbytoast May 31, 2009
Very nice and efficient staff at check-in. The room was clean and stocked with decent size towels and the best in-room coffee ... (Wolfgang Puck coffee!)we've ever had. Ordered room service breakfast the night before, and it was delivered hot and fresh, and EXACTLY on time. Two minor gripes - we'd prefer unscented sheets, and how about making those famous chocolate chip cookies without nuts?

Ruth's Chris Steakhouse is right next door to the hotel if you feel like a nice splurge dinner. Anaheim Gardenwalk is about a half-mile walk away, with P.F. Chang's, California Pizza Kitchen, Cheesecake Factory, and other moderately priced restaurants -all a better value than Downtown Disney.

Our location was a little too far from the convention center and Disneyland (would prefer to save my walking for inside ... Disneyland) but the hotel itself is clean and kept up well. The staff is extremely helpful and go out of there way to please. They offer amazing hot chocolate chip cookies at the front counter which is a really nice touch when you come in from a long day.
