Don't stay here!
Let's start out with - there's no beach, not even access to a beach. Next, the rooms have no balconies, just windows, through ... which you can see the tenement buildings surrounding you. If you want to see anything at all of Waikiki you've got to be above the 8th floor, and you're still only going to glimpse the ocean if you hang over the rail and look around the building. There are no amenities.

The public beach is about a quarter of a mile away. Shopping and nightlife even farther.
