Very comfortable. Nice location and lovely views. Good idea to have a rental car since the dining options are limited at the ... hotel and getting public transportation or taxis is inconvenient

The hotel building is nice, rooms are good, but it misses a lot on the details: 1. Pillows: for me, comfortable pillows ... are decisive for comfort. The hotel offered just one type of hard pillows, which is an absurd for a 4 star hotel; 2. Staff: very rude people not willing to help. 3. Room service: They wanted to charge me $10 pesos to bring a spoon to my room. I was forced to get dressed and go to the restaurant at almost midnight just to pick up a single spoon that they refused to bring courteously. On another occasion I paid $15 pesos for a tea. They brought only 1 tea bag. When I asked for 1 more tea bag, they wanted to charge me $15 pesos more. With that price, I could purchase 3 boxes of that tea in a grocery store. Courtesy is not their way. 4. Breakfast: the selection was just ok, but items are in fault all the time and people have to keep waiting for replenishment. The hotel was full and they kept putting small portions of everything, which was annoying. The worst was that they only replenish after someone complains. 5. Spa Pool: For people who like it warm, not good. The temperature was around 28 degrees Celsius. Overall, I had an ok stay, but got annoyed with the lack of attention to details at this hotel. I'd stay here again only if I had no better option.
