Great room for the money!

overall the room was great. the only complaint is the refrigerator didn't work and the toilet made a loud noise off and on ... but i kept the bathroom door closed so i could not hear it while i slept.

We arrived 30 mins after check in and was given a key to a room. We get to the room and the room had not been cleaned. If we ... were told upfront at the counter about the room situation then maybe the room not being clean would have went over better. But since it was a surprise to us and nothing was mention about hey your room may not be ready yet, i was very upset. Asked the staff what was wrong why the room was not cleaned or why they failed to tell us at the time of check in that the room was not ready and all they could come up with was that we are over booked. I booked 1 king size bed room and recived a 2 queen bed size room. I work for a company where customer serivce is key and i called to complain and see how i was going to be compensated for a dirty room and the incorrect room, and the answer they gave me was we are over booked. So nothing was done about that. After dinner we arrived back to a clean room, but some big things were missing like fullsize body towels and pillow cases. We travel to dallas 2 or 3 times a year and will not be using this hotel again. I was very disappointed in Orbitz that they represent this Hotel. I would not want to be associated with this hotel it is a bad name to have associated with Orbitz

We chose this hotel because it was affordable and reasonably close to Six Flags. The stay was for two nights during a family ... vacation to take the kids to Hurricane Harbor. The trip from the hotel to Six Flags was under 10 minutes, so it was very convienient to take abreak during the day to leave the park and go back to the room for a nap and return to the park. The hotel does not have a pool, and for this trip that was not an issue. The rooms were clean and the breakfast was average complimentary fare for a budget room - certainly adequate and met our expectations. I expect that some people would take issue with the fact that majority of the were from India: I am not one of those people. All four of the staff members I met were extremely friendly and helpful, and I would stay there again.

I reserved at this hotel due to being close to DFW. I reseved through orbitz. I reserved to stay from May 15 to May 16. Due ... to my fiancee flight being delayed from Iraq, I missed to stay on the 15. I did not have the number for Orbitz. I did have the number to the hotel room and explained the situation. I was able to get my reservation switched for the next day. I was so happy. No extra charges. Staff was very understanding of the situation. I could not have a better day. Room was very clean, smelled good and was in a quiet area for my fiancee to relax after a 12 hr flight from kuwait.

We attended a homeschool convention in Arlington. Our drive was only about 5 minutes to the hotel from the Arlington ... Convention Center. The rooms were modern, we accidently got a handicap room, but still it met our needs. It was a bit small (it had a kings size bed), but all we had to do was sleep for the night and we were gone the next morning. Breakfast worked great for our family because it had waffles, cereal, fruit, juice, pastries, coffee, biscuits, and yes, boiled eggs. Those are things we like to eat when we have to get somewhere quick. Overall, it was a good stay. They had a t.v and computer in the lobby, but I don't think they had a pool...didn't really go looking either.

There were only a few places to eat within a 2 minute drive from the hotel...not exactly good choices to dine in, so I would recommend looking up dining restaurant info before going back to the hotel, unless you want Wendy's, or Golden Chick.

Very close to airport and they had a shuttle to take us directly to our airline drop off. We were able to leave our vehicle ... parked at the hotel for the four days we were gone. Location was great.

Romm was ideal for my attendance to a conference which had 14 hour days and included all meals. Air line noise was no ... problem at night. A small problem in that no Television Guide or nearby retail description was available. I did not use the other facilities.
