Nice hotel with friendly staff :)

Some of the rooms of this hotel has good views to the rocks so if you check in early they might put you in one of those ... rooms, the staff is friendly and decent breakfast ....they are not right between the rocks but hotel does overlook at the rocks. With the price this hotel is a good stay.

I really liked the buffet at the Indian restaurant which is half a mile north of this hotel on the same road and it's good, specifically the Naans.

The room was excellent. It seemed almost new. It had a good sized TV, wifi, and comfortable bed. That's what I was looking ... for and this hotel was perfect for it. I suppose it could be a little closer to the shopping area as it's not within walking distance of uptown. If you're looking for a good, inexpensive place to stay while you visit Sedona, this is an excellent choice. It doesn't have the fanciness of a resort hotel, but neither does it have that price. I'd gladly stay here again.

the hotel was decent for the price we paid ($86/night). the staff was freindly. of course i wouldn't go there for my ... honeymoon... but it was nice and clean to crash for a night or two. enjoy

Clean, nice location. Jacuzzi and pool were a great way to end the day. The office staff was very helpful in recommending ... restaurants and helping us to print the boarding passes. Frig. and microwave a good plus too.

Hotel was clean, staff was friendly and breakfast was one of the better continental ones we have had. Hotels is about 5-10 ... minutes from downtown but this makes it very quiet and restful. Our room had a private balcony which was an added bonus!

The decor was appropo for the Southwestern area and the size of the room perfect for two people. I loved the privacy ... provided with the attached patio. The front desk staff was very friendly and accommodating.

When we arrived at the hotel, we were denied early check-in. We were only about an hour early. When we returned to check in ... later, this particular man was gone and a very nice woman was working. The hotel was clean and the rooms were nice. I would stay there again.

We found a wonderful gormet pizza place just down the street. Unfortunately I can't remember the name of it. The trolly tour was nice and free!

Room for the night

Thats All i can say about this is that it was a room for the night. I wanted to log on to the internet but the wireless was ... intermitant. Hotel said they are in the middle of switching providers. Pool and spa are outdoors and across the parking lot (too far for me to walk at night in the cold Febuary air). My wife and I had the standard things inside including some cable tv. The bed was a little uncomfortable but that is standard with most hotels. The continental breakfast was great. They even had bagels and creamcheese. Only one thing i noticed was when i flushed the toilet. a few seconds later it or the pipes gave off a moaning sound like an old man was dieing. kinda creepy the first time i heard it but became funny after the 3rd time it happend.

The hotel is on one of the highways into Sedona. Currently (Sept 2007) there was construction on the other highway into ... town. The rooms are a good size with the air conditioning located in the rear of the room instead of under the windows close to the beds as in most hotels. I did not use the pool but it looked clean and well maintained. The morning continental breakfast is very good but the eating room is small. However, even though the hotel was full, it was still possible to get a seat. A Safeway with a Starbucks is close by allowing us to pick-up yogurt, fruit and other foods along with a great coffee each morning.

A great little gem of a Mexican Restaurant called Casa Bonita is buried in a strip mall closer to town. Look for directions and a 10% discount on a card near the reception door.

Outstanding Visit to Sedona

Our Sedona visit was made even better with our wonderful stay at the Days Inn of Sedona. Staff was very friendly, our room ... was overlooking the beautiful Sedona views. Our only minor complaint would be the bathroom was a bit small. Breakfast was filling and well presented. Front desk greater was very helpful with suggesting area restuarants. We will be back.
