The room was as advertised, great King matress, clean, lots of hot water and towels. However, the idea of frightening the ... client with room charges for taking anything kept me from using the Kleenex and wash clothes. What would I be charged with, was there a spy camera in the smoke alarm?

Good arrangement with an upscale restaurant across the street for clients.

Great food is at Manor House directly across the street. Another really good, and cheap, eatery is Bricks on Hwy 191 on South side of town.

Perfect for Value and Good Rest
Wallace Oct 26, 2008
We were two couples in two rooms for two nights, Friday & Saturday, in the Days Inn Safford. The room and its facilities were ... modern, clean, very ample in size, everything worked, and the bed was very comfortable. We were upstairs in 3rd room from hwy, with a bell-tower in building behind that chimed hourly that was very loud outside, but inside our room it was very quiet all night both nights. We were in Safford to sample the Salsa Trail restaurants (see comments in Helpful Hints), then hike Aravaipa Canyon Sunday. For a good night's sleep, this place is perfect.

WOW
Diane Aug 4, 2007
Trying to check in, the girl asked for my credit card. She handed it back to me and told me it was bad. I called my credit ... card company, alarmed, only to find out it was good. So then she took my debit card because she said she needed to run the $20 incidental charge on it, but it would be refunded. When the people over me arrived at 11:30pm and walked around for an hour, there was another lady at the desk who understood and could move me upstairs. The upstairs rooms were very nice and it is a lovely space. I set my alarm to make the continental breakfast, only to find the most disappointing ....ah....well, like we won't notice there's not much there spread...I settled on the oatmeal but there was no microwave, but hot water from like a coffee dispenser spigot and I had to precariously hold on to the bowl and turn the spigot at the same time, which resulted in the bowl breaking and the hot water splashing on me and wet oats all over the place...looked like vomit...well, so then I went to the woman at the desk and told her there was a mess. She appeared unoccupied. There were no paper towels or napkins, otherwise I would have cleaned up...well so I just decided on coffee because by that time there was no milk for anything and visited with a lovely lady and baby for a half hour. During that time, people came in and walked out when they saw the crummy breakfast, also, no one ever came to clean up the mess.
