We were just passing through Kingman. The room was very clean and the staff was very helpful. The bathroom was old and needed ... a lot of work. Everything else was fine.

This is the second time we have stayed there and have had a great experience. the staff is always friendly and helpful and ... the rooms are always clean and comfortable. the bathrooms are a little tight but fine for one night or so. it is located right off of I-40 and there is a great steak house restaurant called the Dambar steak house just a short drive up Andy Devine Blvd. we go there every time we stay in Kingman. This Hotel is a great deal for the money and we look forward to staying here whenever we travel to California.

The room was clean, but the bed was very uncomfortable and all of the linens (sheets, towels, etc.) were rough and/or thin. ... The air conditioning sounded like you were sleeping under an airplane. Hardly slept all night. Good shower though!

The staff was friendly and did provide us with a needed bottle opener. The bathtub look dirty but was clean. The hot tub area ... (enclosure) is a bit odd but may work well in the winter. This is the third time I have stayed there and will probably stay there again. You get what you pay for, but in this case you get just a little bit more.
