Drove from Texas to enjoy an LSU game and enjoyed the room and location. Very good for the price... And it was handy having a ... fridge in the room too

Went to LSU-Tulane Game (Geaux Tigers)!!! After game looking for clean and peaceful rest.... and we got it.... We did not ... expect the Ritz, so was very satisfied with our accomodations. We stay at Days Inn because if problems arise they are usually dealt with immediately. This kind of response usually leads to positive outcomes and satisfied relationships between business and client.

this was a worse case scenario type stay. You could stand outside the room and see inside the room even with drapes (if you ... can call them that)drawn. Only drape liners coverd the window (but they were full of what looked to be giant rat torn holes (4 inches each). They said this was from washing them, however no one in their right mind would hang this on any window. They were not even fit to donate to the salvation army, but ready for file 13. They only changed them after we complained and insisted. On the second day we could not get into our room (key would work)maintenance let us in. I informed front desk, they said bring them in and replaced them with newly programmed keys, but they didn't work either.They later delivered new prg keys that worked. The fitness center only had one of the two treadmills working and were extremely dated. No air on or towels in fitness center and very smelly and stale. On the outside was lots of loitering, young guys just hanging out in parking area and very noisy. You wonder if it is safe to go outside because when you did the whistled or made gestures at your wife. Room was very small and cluttered.

My husband and I occasionally take getaways close to home we have visited this hotel three times ,I would not recommend this ... hotel for a family vacation ,not enough amenities,Nothing for kids,The pool is in mess .Good for a day or two.It is good for the price.

We expected a motel and we got a motel, but services were below the average. Situared in a very busy area, it was unsafe to ... walk around. Staff was friendly. The motel advertised a free access to a nearby fitness center, but that was not true!!

The hotel was close to really good places to eat. The room was clean, but didnt keep the outside noises out very well. Other ... then that and the bed being too hard it was a good stay.

It was great for my daughter and I. Did not need a room with bells and whistles. We only needed sleep and a shower and that ... is exactly what we got.  The room was clean (Tub/shower up to my obsessive standard) and ac was cold. The Front desk was informative and helpfull. (most cars in the parking lot were older models, so it was good that we were able to park in front of our room) Overall thumbs up.

THIS HOTEL WAS TERRIBLE. THEY SHOULD PAY YOU TO STAY THERE. THERE WERE DRUG DEALERS EVERYWHERE SO YOU NEVER FELT SAFE. ... THERE WAS NO POOL!!, "CORKY'S BBQ" WAS CLOSED AND UP FOR RENT. TERRIBLE. WHAT A LIE AND WASTE OF MONEY. I WOULDN'T EVEN RECCOMMED TYIS PLACE TO AN ENEMY

Went to the Mall of Louisiana, and the Tanger Outlet Mall. Also, we toured the USS Kidd in Baton Rouge. Very Interesting!!! ...

I made this reservation after viewing the hotel online. My husband is active army and he was in on leave. The hotel was a ... short drive to the airport. When we arrived to check in the desk was being ran by 3 young adults no older than 18 with no uniforms on or name tags. Only very casual street clothes. They were more concerned about their conversation than checking me and my husband into our room. Once in the room it surprised me that the rooms were so small. At first the room seemed clean until my phone fell behind the night table. I reached behind to get my phone and discovered a diaper and two BBQ sauce containers. Then on the back of the front door I noticed some writing. The writing was very vulgar ([*]). We were told check out was at 12 noon, at 11 a houskeeper just opened our door and walked in. Me and my husband were still in bed watching tv. Again this employee had no name tag or uniform on. Upon checking out things didn't get better. The front desk attendent made the comment she had to pick food out of her teeth before she could assist us. When all this was brought to her attention it really didn't seem to bother her. We will not stay here again. I used to manage a hotel and this is a very poor excuse for a nice hotel.

Cheap but not cheap enough

Old everything, OK if not for other issues. Locals treat this place as their own, running businesses out of the parking lot - ... like car dealing, car wash with truck mounted power washer starting at 6am!!! Not a good experience, spend a little more somewhere else.The on-site restaurant is cosed, so is the pool and the Wi-Fi you have to steal from next-door LaQuinta!

Worst place ever stayed

The Days Inn in Baton Rouge was the worst place I have ever stayed in my life. I tried checking in a little early because we ... had plans for the day and they said don't worry about it-everything was fine. When we got back later that evening to check in, they told me they didn't have any more double beds. I had myself and 2 daughters with a baby that had to sleep in one bed. They were rude and couldn't even provide me with a cot because the hotel has none. I even asked if we could get another room but there was none available-I suggested a handicapped room but they said they were reserved. The rooms were nasty. The sheets were dirty and my daughter found bugs in the bed. They finally brought us clean sheets but they were the wrong size and said that housekeeping was closed for the night. Finally they found clean king size sheets to fit the bed after we called and complained several times. The tub wouldn't drain-it was clogged with hair. I couldn't wait to get out of that place the next morning. When I went to check out that morning, the staff was very rude. I WOULD ADVISE ANYONE NOT TO STAY AT THIS NASTY HOTEL WITH VERY RUDE EMPLOYEES!!!
