This is our third stay at this hotel and we have always had quality experiences with this location. It's easy access to ... downtown or the parks (about 30 minutes including parking time to either) and staff is plesant. Rooms are clean and updated. It's budget friendly and overall just a great spot to stay when visiting Orlando.

You can see downtown from the hotel but it's on the other side of the interstate so you can't walk to downtown attractions or ... restaurants. Plus, it's in a not so good neighborhood with homeless and other characters walking around outside. This an older hotel that has been updated somewhat but still smells musty. The reception area is odd and it can seem deserted at times. We went to the restaurant for breakfast and there was nobody there to greet us and only one customer. Just a very odd experience.

Very nice with a fair rate. Do not stay in a room on the East side of the building. The highway and train at midnight will ... keep you awake! It reminded me of a movie!

We checked in late due to unexpected circumstances. There were no porters to help with luggage. We had to wait while ... security staff was paged to help. The room we reserved had two beds however upon arrival we were informed that a two bed room was NOT available. We instead got a room with one bed and a sofa with a pull out bed. They also informed that what we request through ORBITZ is not guaranteed because ORBITZ does not relay the specifics of the reservation. This hotel was rated as a 4 star I'm not sure what the criteria for four stars is ORBITZ must have low standards Now knowing this information I will not likely use ORBITZ again.

The hotel's location and stay was great for the price, however when the air conditioning in the room broke we were not ... compensated for the inconvenience. We were not offered to move to another room and I was told the manager would call me and I have not yet received that call. I have Multiple Sclerosis and the heat really bothered me.

The location was perfect, about 5-10 miles from all the attractions, and a two minute walk to the arena's/performing ... centers. Also, very close to downtown orlando. The tile grout was dirty, and the room service forgot to replace our towels. Otherwise, the Decor is absoulutely chic, harmonious and soothing, plenty of room for bags, even has a wet bar and microwave in the room. Has a flat screen TV and the bed was sooo comfotable! I slept VERY well on my stay. Overall a great hotel with very reasonable prices (the same as quality inn near universal, etc., but a MUCH better hotel).

I thought the crowne plaza was an amazing spot close to resturant,shopping,the night clubs were nearby.. I would definitely ... stay there again..The rooms were amazing and the staff was friendly.. The hotel was efficient

Good location downtown - right off the interstate, near restaurants. The room was spacious with nice seating area. Hotel ... has had a good deal of updating, but definitely not a new place. Some interstate noise at night. Would definitely stay here again.
