The location of the hotel was perfect for our London holiday. The staff was very friendly and could not have been more ... helpful. The hotel was lovely, clean, and well-kept.

The location was perfect for us as we were visiting out son who was studying in London for the semester. His residence ... (Vandon House Hotel) was across the street. We felt that the staff, mainly the doormen weren't accomodating and questioned our son for the reason he was in the hotel when he would come to our room. We were on vacation so we didn't dress in business clothes and therefore they didn't assist with luggage or opening doors whenever we entered or exited the hotel as we saw them do for others. I mean we did pay for staying 7 nights afterall. Other than that it was fine.

London at the Crown Plaza St James

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Crown Plaza-St. James. The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was quiet, clean ... and comfortable. The location cannot be beat, close to the tube station and walking distance to the West End, Westminster Abbey and Buckingham Palace. We would stay there again without hesitation.
