Enjoyable stay

Although the front desk could not locate my Orbitz reservation, the hotel management has accepted the printout and matched my ... Orbitz rate. My 2nd room was reserved using priority club points and, according to the "hotel policy", did not include breakfast. On the positive side, the hotel was half-full and management upgraded my rooms to deluxe interconnecting and facing the sea. The rooms were spotless, the whole facility (including the spa) is well maintained, steps from the Dead Sea and with unforgettable views. Kids loved the pool and evening entertainment (a decent show/musical revue). The dinner at the (Chinese Kosher) restaurant was quite tasty and so is the breakfast buffet. My wife had booked a 60 minute massage at the SPA, and it was average. Be aware that you will be asked to check-out by 11 a.m. - we had been pressured to vacate at the time of the overlapping SPA appointment. Overall enjoyable stay in-spite of hiccups during the check in/out process.

Save money by booking a meal plan. The breakfast buffet is a must, and will cost you 3x at the door. The prepaid dinner buffet could also be a great option unless you prefer to dine "a la carte".
