Great location. Walking distance to the Rock 'n Roll Hall of Fame, Browns Stadium, the Science Center, Progressive Field and ... Quicken Loans Arena. Nice restaurant as well. Rooms were very clean and bed was quite comfortable. View of the water was a plus.

not much going on in Downtown cleveland, especially on the weekend. Surrounding outer areas such as the Tremont neighborhood is your best bet to find dining and bars. We did however find a mall a short walk from our hotel

Desk staff at check in was extremely rude. The hotel restaurant was understaffed and several other patrons waiting left ... before being seated, as well as us.

What was that smell?

There was a disgusting smell in the hallway on the ninth floor. Thank goodness it did not come into the rooms. We ... went to breakfast on Saturday morning in the hotel dining room. We waited 10 minutes to be seated and no one even approached us. As we looked around the room we saw more people sitting there with no food than there was people eating. We left and went to the front desk. We were referred to a little restaurant called Addys that was about five minutes from the hotel. They were short staffed but the food was good and the single waitress was very apologetic about the wait.
