We are very surprised by very large room and a cute kitchen in it. The room is clean, the location in great, so close to the ... zoo and the botanica garden. THere are several hotels in the same area. The price is really cheap. I really recommend.

Not too bad for 50 bucks
ronin210 Jun 27, 2009
It was clean outside and not in a bad neighborhood either. The staff was not very talkive but very attentive with your needs, ... if any. I got a clean and quiet room which was fantastic at 3 in the morning. Check out was smooth and there were not any issues. Location was bad though when it came down to driving 35 mins out of my way to go see a movie at IMAX however thats my only complaint. I would come here again.

Discomfort Inn
Limoman Apr 23, 2009
While attempting to sleep on this rock hard bed in this particular room it got to the point that I got up and departed at ... 3:30am back to Los Angeles. The room was nice, but get rid of the bed! I could have saved my money by sleeping in my towncar. Also, do not ever book thru Orbitz!!! I got billed twice duje to cancellation and then re-booking the same room and being double billed which is a total rip off!!!

Crossland Phoenix
Rachael Mar 27, 2008
Crossland Phoenix is very far from just about EVERYTHING. The neighborhood is somewhat questionable. There was not a ... hairdryer in the room and although they claimed you could request one from the front desk, when we did so, they told us they only had one and it was not returned. The only positive thing I can say is that it's clean.

Not Worth The Money
Jeffery Mar 25, 2008
Don't waste your time staying at this hotel. I've spent many a nights at various hotels and never once did they make you ... wait till 3PM before checking in. Even though I stayed more than one night no room service was offered. If I wanted clean towels I would either have to walk to the front desk to exchange the ones that I had or pay for additional services. The hallways were filthy, and the trash wasn't emptied one time during my stay. Pay a couple extra dollars and stay someplace else.

This hotel in Phoenix is in an all Mexican area of Phoenix so all the stores and all the places to each nearby are Mexican. ... Some of the places to eat where very good and affordable but if you don't like Mexican foods you will have to do some driving to get to somewhere else. The bathrooms in this hotel are very big and very clean and this impressed me greatly. If you have another person with you then you need to get another bed in the room because they are not that big. The kitchen has all your basic needs that include a stove and microwave so this made the trip a lot more enjoyable since I was able to make snacks when I wanted and I always didn't have to leave the room to get food. The room over all was very clean but another downfall is that the tv is maybe 19 inches and you only get a handfull of channels to watch. I would honestly have no problem staying at this hotel again in the future.

Good Location
Adina Mar 15, 2008
The hotel is located close to I-10 which afforded easy access to to routes around the area. The hotel appearance was clean ... and the grounds were well maintained. It was a good valuse for the price as long as you did not spend a lot of time in the room. The room was smal but comfortable, it was clean but had not been up-dated in soom time.

Absolutely DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!
Harold Feb 5, 2008
Once we saw the room we canceled the reservation and went to another hotel. People were drinkning beer in the parking lot. ... In our opinion the hotel was a flop house. The room smelled and there was no maid or linen service. We had serious concerns for our safety at this hotel .
