When I arrived and checked in, the room looked clean and I was relieved. Then I discovered that the kitchen sink looked as ... though the plumbing had backed up in it! I tried to run the disposal to clean the sink, but it didn't work...it was plugged up with spagetti or something. To their credit when I reported it, it was promptly fixed and cleaned.

I didn't wake up with a rash. I didn't hear any yelling from other residents. The TV was small and there were no batteries in ... the remote. No channel guide so I didn't know what the channels were. Really was not bad for the cost.

we made reservation online and when we arrived at the hotel.the room they gave us was a 1 bed single size. our online ... reservation stated we wanted 2-queen sized beds. with a new born and a six year old plus two adults thats not enough room. we called the front desk and the lady said she wasnt authorized to give us another room. it took about 45minutes to get ahold of the manager and there were no rooms with two bed available. They were un compromising about giving us a refund and gave us the run-a-round. Everyone who worked there wasnt authorize anything and conviently couldnt get a hold of the manager when we expected to get a discount on our room. We paid for two queen sized beds and all we got was a sinle bed to fit four people. I dont understand if you make reservation even if online and pay for it they can and are able to give you any room they feel to,especially with less accomidations we requested and of lesser value. NEVER will we return to this hotel and we will let it be known how they treat paying customers

Great place to stay

After checking in we got a call from the front desk asking if the room was what we wanted. They were very comdating. It was ... very clean room. The front desk even called Saturday to see if we were checking out on Sunday morning or needed for a extra day or two. It was a great place to stay. We had easy acess to I25. We less that 20 minutes from the places we had to visit. I would recommend Crossland Denver to all who want to great place to stay at while in the Denver Thornton Area. I plan on stay there again when I go back to Denver.

The hotel was occupied by lots of less than friendly looking people. When there is a security guard in the hotel lobby, you ... know you're in trouble. It was horrible! Smelled of dirty smoke and was not clean at all. The room was a suite but it was smaller than most hotel rooms I've stayed in. I WOULD NOT recommend this property to anyone and will never stay there again.
