The price was very cheap, so we were satisfied with what we paid for. I recommend for anyone who books this room to request ... a top-floor room. All the sounds from above are very loud. It sounded like an elephant when people above (or dogs?) were walking rapidly across the floor.

Staff was nice but room was in desparate need of a remodel. There was a strong smoke smell though the room was nonsmoking and ... cigarette burns on the sheets. Could have been worse, but definately could have been better.

We requested a queen size bed, and they gave us two full beds. They didn't let us know that they didn't have queen size beds ... until departing. They charged extra for the two full beds, but they did refund the money. It was very noisy. No continental breakfast, and no queen or king size beds. For the money, we expected a little nicer accommodations. The bedspreads were undesirable.

I guess this hotel is trying to make the best of a bad economy. It can't decide if it's a hotel or apartment building. ... Finding parking was a nightmare and if you weren't turning in early, you had to park in the "overflow lot" - just an abandoned lot across from the actual parking lot. We were told that the room would be cleaned once during our stay - and that turned out to be the bed being made and the towels replaced, nothing more was done. We were told there would be breakfast and I guess there was - doughnuts were left out in the morning along with coffee. If you're originally from the area (ie, Colorado Springs) it's located right by where the Jazz club used to be, so the area was pretty quiet, but there were some shady characters roaming around. The rooms were clean to begin with, if a little small, so if you're just looking for a place to crash then this place should work. My husband and I decided that the next time we're in the Springs, we'll drop a little more for someplace else though.

Drove into the Springs late. There was night time road construction...right outside our window. Not enough parking. The ... stains on the pillows were questionable...and we won't discuss the smell.

I enjoyed this hotel and recommened it to anyone that is going to Colorado Springs, it is right of o Academy which has ... everything on it, and not too far from the airport. Its a great location, and very comfortable stay.

Horrible experience....worst room ever....bad A/C, not very clean, construction next door until late in the evening, sanding ... drywall sounds coming through my room walls...Elephants living upstairs, noisy, trashy people working there and staying there. Took it up with the management and got a coupon for a free night stay, not planning on using it.

The hotel staff were very rude and not accomodating whatsoever to my early morning check out. The location was not very good. ... I spent most of the night listening to make sure my car alarm was not going off. You can hear everything everyone is doing in the next room and outside.
