The price was the only good thing about the place. It was not clean, ants in the bathroom, and it was noisy and the bed was ... uncomfortable. Location was very close to UCF. Next time I will spend more money for a nice place.

i paid $47 and was totally impressed. i stayed for one night and basically just needed a place to stay that was affordable ... and clean. the room was a great size, had a couch and kitchen area complete with half a stove, microwave, toaster, refrigerator, dining table as well as cooking and eating utensils. it included cable and free wifi which was a plus. my only complaint was that the bed and pillows were not very comfortable but i got drunk at the hoolihans across the street and had no problem falling asleep anyway. the hotel is next to lots of places to eat and drink too. would and will stay there again in the future.. cant beat this for only $47.

After reading the review and for the price that I paid ($47 per night) I was not expecting a 5 star resort. The most ... important thing for me was to save money and stay in a clean room. This hotel met the requirements very well. Room was simple but clean. has a convenient refrigerator, microwave, etc. The location is excellent, close to UCF and also close to 417.

We went to Orlando for UCF Orientation the beginning of June and needed a cost-effective place to spend 2 nights. The ... Crestwood Suites looked like a good option for the 3 of us to stay in one room. It was close to the University, just a couple minutes down the road, although sadly that was about the only good point. The room was quite small for an extended stay suite. The A/C worked very well, it was freezing when we walked in. There was a small kitchen area, it contained a full size refrigerator/freezer, a 2-burner stove, and a small sink. It had a counter across from the kitchen appliances, which seemed to serve as both an eating table as well as a desk. There was a coffee maker and a toaster too. We didn't really have any use for the kitchen, but the refrigerator was handy for cold drinks. The carpeting was sufficient, but the furniture was all badly stained; the chair at the counter and twin recliner chair seat. We covered everything with towels before we would sit on anything. There is no daily maid service, and you have to go the front desk to get fresh towels. The TV worked fine, had cable & a working remote. The bed was tolerable, although fairly uncomfortable, and the blanket had cigarette burn marks in a few places. The floor of the bathroom was lifting a bit at the edges. It did have a built-in blow dryer, although it was very loud and threw sparks when used. There was a decent sink and counter area. The toilet was ok too. The shower had mildew growing around the edges of the tub, and still had the old straight shower curtain rod, so it was hard to stand away from the shower walls while not touching the shower curtain either. Guess the room served our purpose, but definitely wouldn't recommend it or stay there again. We'll spend the extra money next time!

Great place for a getaway, all amenities close by ,Few clubs and restaurants right opposite to the hotel , a 24 hr petrol ... station just 2 blocks away. Friendly staff. Problem at nights as drunk people from the adjacent club come and hangout at the porch or wandering around the area.Other than that i would recommend this place for stay. Very close to UCF.

Great for the money...very confortable if you don't mind the lack of room service. Fridge, stove and sink make it perfect for ... saving on dinning. Good location (very safe). Sometimes it can be kind of noisy, as many students from the UCF stay there (nothing offensive). Can't beat the price for this location.

Nice place, very helpful staff and back off the road so it was quiet. Nice rooms that weren't newly remodeled but still clean ... and comfortable. No resturant on the premises but many options within walking distance.

The Crestwood Suites does not do room maintenance or basic maid service. I was told at the front desk that if I wanted ... replacement sheets or towels to bring the used ones to the front desk. The towels were worn out, I have rags that are in better condition. The bed was caved in and when I went to flip the mattress the other side was completely blood stained. While you're at it bring your own bar soap you are provided one tiny non-bath soap bar and one shampoo. There is a full-sized refrigerator, two stove burners, a microwave and toaster, and two sets of dishes and utensils that needed to be cleaned before use. I spoke to the maid and was told she would clean the room on my 3rd day so I left a $5 tip in the room. On the 4th day the tip was gone and the room was still not cleaned (but she did leave me 2 additional worn out towels).

I have never been more disappointed with a hotel. The hotel (it's really and extended stay facility) was very worn and ... tired. The beds were like gymnasium bleachers and the room was simply not clean. Neither light on either side of the bed worked and the hotel never fixed them during my stay. The did not clean the room each day.
